Reception
Open daily from 8.30am – 10pm (please ring the bell at reception for attention). If you need attention or help outside these hours Either call '0' from your bedroom phone or ring the intercom located to the right of the reception window.
Keys
During your stay we prefer you to hand your bedroom key into reception as this will help staff and the fire brigade determine whether you are in the hotel in the unlikely case of a fire alarm activation.
Main Door
The main entrance to the hotel is open all day from 8am - 11pm. There is a front door key attached to your bedroom key which you may use if you leaving/arriving out with these times. If you do not have your bedroom key then please use the intercom to the right of the front door.
Check-Out & Payment
Bedrooms must be vacated by 11am. Please remember to hand in your key and settle your bill at reception. If you wish to pay your bill before 8.30am it is preferable to do this the evening before.
We accept Visa, Debit (Maestro) or Mastercard. Cheques are accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. All prices are per person and inclusive of VAT.
Telephone
Every bedroom has a telephone for making internal calls. For reception dial '0'. To call other bedrooms dial '3' followed by room number. Room 1 would be '301', Room 2 '302' etc.
Complimentary Wifi
WiFi password is displayed downstairs on the staircase table.
Free Parking
Please feel free to use the car park anytime before, during and after your stay at the hotel.
Putting Green
Putting clubs and golf balls are available on request.

The hotel Corbie Bar is located on the ground floor next to the reception. The bar is open daily from 5pm to 10.45pm. We serve a variety of malt whiskies, local ales, soft drinks, spirits and a selection of wines. Come in for a drink before dinner.

Standard spirit: £ 1.85 (25ml)
Malt whisky: from £ 3.50 (25ml)
Malt of the month (when available): £2.25

If you require an earlier breakfast time please enquire at reception.
Dinner: Served at 7.30pm
The daily menu is available at reception. Please place your order by 6pm. Vegetarian options available on request.
If you would prefer to eat out then there are a selection of other restaurants in the village including the Loch Inn Bar & Restaurant on the canal side; the Boat House Restaurant over looking Loch Ness; Sravaigers Lodge next to the campsite; or the Lovat Hotel located across the road which has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes. A map of the village with a list of restaurants is available at reception.
House Keeping
Please note that bedrooms are serviced between 11am and 1pm. During this time tea trays and glasses are removed from the room to be cleaned in the dishwasher. If you require fresh towels then leave your used towels in the bath. If you would prefer not have your room serviced just let us know.
We take every care to ensure that your possessions are secure, however rooms are unlocked during cleaning so please do not leave money or valuables lying out. If you have have any possessions which you would prefer to store in the hotel safe please see us at reception.
Ironing board and iron can be requested at reception.
